MediScan Medical

MediScan provides a blend of flexibility with functionality, that allows it to be used quickly, easily and to the examination requirements of many different organisations.

MediScan allows for the reliable and secure storing and reviewing of patient medicals, and the use of password login also ensures that only authorised users can view and update patient information.

MediScan also has two reporting options. The first, shown below, is a graphical representation of the patients medical. For the sections that have been completed the scores generated are displayed. The chart will also retrieve the previous examination, if available, for the patient so that health comparisons can easily be made.

The alternative to this report is a data listing of all the information entered for that specific medical. Similarly to the chart report, only the data entered will be displayed on the report, again enabling for easy interpretation and comparison.
