Workman Data Recorder

The Data Recorder allows for the easy, and reliable, entry of engineering tasks into a database and clear reporting of completed tasks.

The Recorder is configured to connect into a MS Access/MySQL Database which is set up with all the required data for each task. The use of MS Access also allows for the data to be easily amended to include any new codes. The location of the database can be amended to suit your own individual environments, but will work just aswell locally as it will over a network.

As you can see the data entry section is clearly set out, and also has the inclusion of clocks, graphically displayed, so that time selection is made even clearer.

The Data Recorder ensures that each entry meets the strict guidelines on what data is necessary and how the form should be completed, as well as ensuring that the full quota of man hours is always met.

The report shows each task and any comments associated with the task. It also sumarises any changes to the bottom left so that other engineers can quickly see what has been changed if need be.
